"Check in person was on the phone, never acknowledged us. I handed my license to her and said we’re checking in. She said 2 things: $25 amenities charge and nodded towards key pad followed by “one key or two”. No other communication. Check out was worse - girl behind the counter was on the phone and never even looked up. Customer service was nonexistent."

"Clean and in good condition with good professional staff, great breakfast and convenient location with decent adjacent restaurant. However tub/showers can be somewhat hairy, with no grab bars with challenging entry. "

"I Booked a 4 day non refundable stay. I will never do that again. Most of the rooms and windows are extremely dirty. "

"Overall our stay was pleasant. The thing I wish we knew before we decided to book this hotel was that they only have housekeeping every other day. You are able to ask the front desk staff for any of your needs, if you ask but you must go to the front desk to retrieve them. Our floor was uncleaned the entire stay. Parking was easy as it is on site. Our coffee machine in our room was not working. The hotel is near multiple fast food restaurants. They do have continental breakfast. Which is great if you want something quick. The hotel room was very spacious which we did enjoy. Overall our stay was good."

"The staff were great, but I was very surprised how dirty the common areas were with it being a newer building. Lots of build up on the floors, visible debris and dirt in the halls. The room was fine and we were only there for about 12 hours. We paid $100 so the price was right for a quick overnight on our way to Florida."
